This wine just keeps on giving and giving. I have had 3 cases already and just ordered my 4th. I love this so much that I drive down to Buffalo and pay the duty.....I have never scored this under 90 points and it costs $11100% Nebbiolo
Produced from Nebbiolo Grapes Grown and Vinified in Piedmonte. Aged in Barrique for Twelve Months.
Tasting Note:
Nose of cinnamon, black tea, plum, sour cherries, and tar
Palate is very svelte....dominated by plum, black tea, spice, tar, and an almost black cherry note
The finish is short to medium with no where near the complexity on the back end as the nose and palate...BUT....having said that....at the price this is unbeleivable...a total case buy 91 points
